Running on its 66th year, GOOD DESIGN is the oldest and one of the most prestigious design award in the world. Founded in Chicago in 1950 by the former MoMA curator Edgar Kaufmann, Jr., along with pioneers of modern design such as Charles and Ray Eames, Russel Wright, George Nelson, and Eero Saarinen, every year GOOD DESIGN AWARD acknowledges the achievements of the best international industrial and graphic designers, as well as manufacturers, for their pursuit of extraordinary design excellence.
